Photographing newborns is a special treat for any photographer. From their cute little noses to their tiny hands and feet, how could that not be special. Newborn babies are best photographed at 2 weeks old while they’re still spending a lot of time sleeping. After that they tend to become active and more aware of their surroundings.

We’ll plan the newborn session around you and your baby’s schedule and in the convenience of your own home. We find that the familiar smells and surroundings help settle the baby and let us capture precious photographs in a more intimate way.
